How early should I reach out to book floral services for my event?

We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for design planning, sourcing, and coordination. For larger events or brand initiatives, the more lead time, the better. If you don’t need anything specific, we can accommodate events with as little as 24–48 hours’ notice.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes. Bouquets, vase arrangements, and Designer’s Choice pieces are delivered across Manhattan, Long Island City (LIC), Brooklyn, and the surrounding NYC area with 48 hours’ notice, and the delivery fee is calculated by location. For weddings and events, delivery, installation, and day-of styling are included in every proposal.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

Absolutely. Share your palette, your inspiration, and anything you’d like us to avoid. We’ll design within what’s available and at its best, so your preferences guide the look without limiting the result.

How does pricing work?

Shop pieces are priced by size or budget: bouquets start at $65, vase arrangements at $85, and Designer’s Choice at $75. Weddings and events are quoted individually based on scope, flowers, and venue.

Is there a minimum spend for private events or brand activations?

Here are our starting rates for event florals:

• Small Bud Vase (1–2 blooms)$25 each
• Large Bud Vase (3–4 blooms)$45 each
• Small/Cocktail Arrangement (4"x4" vase, ~8"x8" with florals)$95 each
• Medium Arrangement (5"x5" vase, ~10"x10" with florals)$165 each
• Large Arrangement (6"x6" vase, ~12"x12" with florals)$275 each
• 2′–3′ Tall Bar Arrangement$325 each
• Statement Arrangement (welcome sign, bar arrangement)$100–$325+

What if I don’t know what I want?

That’s what Designer’s Choice is for. Tell us your budget and the occasion, and we’ll design something one-of-a-kind around it. For larger projects, we’ll talk through ideas together before anything is planned.

Can I set up recurring flowers?

Yes. We offer weekly or bi-weekly subscriptions for lobbies, offices, and homes. We’ll set up a delivery schedule and design brief together, and you can pause, adjust, or cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next delivery.

What areas do you serve?

Everyday deliveries cover Manhattan, Long Island City (LIC), Brooklyn, and the surrounding NYC area. For weddings and events, we’re based in New York and Rhode Island, with travel available for events further out — just ask.
